The investigation into this tragic death is still ongoing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/music\/chris-daughtry-postpones-upcoming-tour-dates-following-sudden-death-of-his-daughter\/\">People.com<\/a> said Hannah, 25, was found dead Friday in her Nashville home.<\/p>\n<p>No other details regarding the cause or circumstances were immediately reported.<\/p>\n<p>Hannah and her brother Griffin, 23, are the biological children of Daughtry\u2019s wife, Deanna, whom the singer married in 2000.
