Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton celebrated the court\u2019s decision online.<\/p>\n<p>Paxton <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TXAG\/status\/1459306714956808204\">tweeted:<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"9\">\n<p>Citing Texas\u2019s \u2018compelling argument[s],\u2019 the 5th Circuit has stayed OSHA\u2019s unconstitutional and illegal private-business vaccine mandateWE WON!
