Spears\u2019 attorney said a \u201csafety net\u201d would be in place for the singer\u2019s personal care and finances, and her assets are also being moved to a trust. The ruling comes after a five-month battle for the 39-year-old to gain control of her life and have her father, Jamie Spears, removed from power.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat\u2019s next for Britney, and this is the first time that this could be said for about a decade, is up to one person.
