Police say he allegedly tossed her to the ground before pulling off her leggings and sexually assaulting her, the outlet reports.<\/p>\n<p>Bali then allegedly stole the victim\u2019s phone before leaving the scene, the <em>Post<\/em> reports.<\/p>\n<p>The teen went to the hospital for treatment after the incident, the New York Daily News reports.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect was arrested after a tipster called NYPD\u2019s Crimes Stoppers hotline and provided them with Bali\u2019s address after the tipster observed images of the suspect, the outlet reports.<\/p>\n<p>Police have <a href=\"https:\/\/pix11.com\/news\/local-news\/bronx\/man-arrested-teen-sexually-assaulted-crotona-park\/\">charged<\/a> Bali with \u201ccriminal sexual assault, attempted sex abuse, criminal obstruction of breathing, assault and harassment,\u201d according to Pix11.<\/p>\n<p>Bali has 8 prior arrests, which all occurred when he was a juvenile, per the<em> New York Daily News<\/em>.
