He\u2019s progressing, he\u2019s doing well, things are moving in the right direction.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Now, Woods\u2019 friend and fellow competitor \u2014 Justin Thomas \u2014 is giving the public another update on his condition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019d say I probably go over and see him two or three times a week when I\u2019m home,\u201d Thomas <a href=\"https:\/\/golf.com\/news\/tiger-woods-injury-update-justin-thomas\/\">said<\/a> on the \u201cNo Laying Up\u201d podcast. \u201cI go over there more so to let our dogs play and hang out \u2014 it wears our pup out. But yeah, he\u2019s doing well. Especially all things considered, I think he\u2019s\u2026I mean, it\u2019s Groundhog Day, every day\u2019s the exact same thing for him. But at least he\u2019s able to \u2014 pictures were going around of him at [his son] Charlie\u2019s tournament, [his daughter] Sam\u2019s soccer tournaments here and there. He\u2019s able to be a Dad somewhat again, which is most important.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Thomas was asked whether Woods had the intention to make a comeback, with Thomas believing that he does, but only if he\u2019s able to compete at a high level.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t know, I mean, I know that he\u2019s going to try,\u201d Thomas said. \u201cI don\u2019t see him ever playing if he can\u2019t play well. He doesn\u2019t strike me as a guy who\u2019s played at home and he\u2019s shooting a bunch of 75s and 76s and he\u2019s like \u2018Alright, I\u2019m gonna give Augusta a try this year.\u2019 That\u2019s not really gonna be him, at least from my understanding, what I know of him.
