It continued for days and caused severe flooding in the city of Chennai, the Weather Channel <a href=\"https:\/\/weather.com\/en-IN\/india\/news\/news\/2021-11-12-ongoing-waterlogging-in-chennai-a-stark-reminder-of-2015-floods\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>.
