However, Thomas had different plans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe contractions went from three minutes to two minutes to one minute in a matter of 20 to 30 minutes, and we are like, \u2018Oh, we got to get into the car we have to go,&#8217;\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n<p>The couple got down the driveway, but that was as far as Emily could go.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe got to the car, and I just said, \u2018No, I can\u2019t get into this car,&#8217;\u201d she explained while laughing.<\/p>\n<p>So she decided to let things happen naturally.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m just like, \u2018I\u2019m going to get on the grass,&#8217;\u201d Emily commented. \u201c\u2018I\u2019m going to be here. This is my spot.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The video footage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/100073602710618\/videos\/413410077120190\/\">showed<\/a> the intense moments during the birth as the young mother cried out in pain:<\/p>\n<div class=\"fb-video\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/100073602710618\/videos\/413410077120190\/\" data-width=\"640\" readability=\"7.0062111801242\">\n<blockquote cite=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/100073602710618\/videos\/413410077120190\/\" class=\"fb-xfbml-parse-ignore\" readability=\"7.8819875776398\">\n<p>CAUGHT ON CAMERA: A Vacaville woman gives birth on her front lawn.
