She said Biden would like the deal to be bipartisan. However, when asked about reaching the deal by March, Psaki said she cannot guarantee the timeline of getting it passed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There&#8217;s urgency to the American people for this package to move forward because we are going to hit a cliff, an unemployment insurance cliff, I should say, in March, where millions of people won&#8217;t be able to have access unemployment insurance,&#8221; Psaki stated. &#8220;We&#8217;re going to hit a point where we won&#8217;t have enough funding for vaccine distribution.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This prompted some to question whether a highly politicized second Trump impeachment trial would play a part in the delay.
