IRS Whistleblowers Allege DOJ Cover-Up of Hunter Biden’s Tax Crimes

Explosive revelations have emerged as two IRS whistleblowers testify before Congress, accusing President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice of burying evidence that implicates Hunter Biden in serious tax crimes.

During a press conference, Rep. Jason Smith (R-MO) disclosed that U.S. Attorney David Weiss attempted to bring charges against Hunter Biden in two separate jurisdictions last year, but both attempts were thwarted.

Smith further revealed that Weiss had sought to be appointed as a special counsel in the case, but his request was denied.

The IRS whistleblowers, determined to see justice served, pushed for felony charges against Hunter Biden. It is alleged that he evaded paying millions of dollars in taxes on an income exceeding $8.3 million.

Shockingly, the whistleblowers claim that the IRS was made aware of potential evidence located in the guest house of former Vice President Biden. However, U.S. attorney Lesley Wolf dismissed the possibility of obtaining a search warrant, stating that it would never be approved due to the location’s association with the former Vice President.

Furthermore, the whistleblowers assert that Hunter Biden’s legal team was informed by the IRS of probable cause to search a storage unit linked to him. This advance notice potentially allowed Hunter Biden to remove incriminating materials from the location.

“The whistleblowers describe how the Biden Justice Department intervened and overstepped in a campaign to protect Joe Biden’s son,” Smith stated. “They delayed, divulged, and denied an ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged tax crimes. The testimony reveals the tactics employed by the Justice Department to prolong the investigation until the statute of limitations expired. They also disclosed sensitive actions by the investigative team to Biden’s attorneys and rejected the U.S. Attorney’s requests to press charges against Biden.”

Smith further expressed his concern that the IRS whistleblowers faced retaliation, despite IRS Commissioner Werfel’s previous commitment to uphold their legal protections.
