Watch: NYC Woman Refuses to Take the Bait When Don Lemon Tries to Get Her to Condemn Charlie Kirk

The article criticizes former CNN anchor Don Lemon, who was fired in 2023 but continues to promote left-leaning views through podcasts and street interviews. It highlights a particular incident where Lemon interviewed a woman in New York City about the recent assassination of conservative figure Charlie Kirk. The woman described Kirk as a “good guy” with “good morals,” resisting Lemon’s attempts to portray Kirk as sexist and racist. Despite Lemon’s loaded and sneaky questions, she refused to accept or repeat negative characterizations. The piece praises the woman’s grace and patience, suggesting that she honored kirk’s legacy by standing firm against Lemon’s manipulation and showing respect, reflecting Kirk’s own approach of treating opponents with dignity while remaining committed to truth.

You can take Don Lemon out of the establishment media, but you can’t take the establishment media out of Don Lemon.

Fired by CNN in 2023, Lemon has continued peddling leftist lies as a podcast host and through occasional man-on-the-street-style interviews.

For instance, in a clip posted Sunday to the social media platform X, Lemon approached a random woman on the streets of New York City and, in his usual slimy way, asked her several loaded questions about Wednesday’s assassination of conservative icon Charlie Kirk.

Lemon began by asking the woman what she thought of the assassination. She called it “totally messed up” and described Kirk as a “good guy.”

“You think he was a good guy?” Lemon asked in a tone of disbelief.

“I think he was,” she replied. “Good morals.”

“All of us have flaws,” the woman added moments later. “I can’t really tell you what to believe in or how to feel. Like, everybody’s having a human experience. Why knock him for having his human experience or what he believe in?”

Lemon, who is black, had to find a way to draw some anti-Kirk comments out of this wise woman, who also happened to be black. So he chose slander.

“Even though he says things that are anti-women, [anti-] black, all that?”

What a sneaky, reptilian-like tactic. Of course, Lemon gave no examples to support his disgusting smear.

To her credit, the woman did not take the bait.

“I can’t judge him for that,” she replied.

“You can’t?” Lemon asked, again breathless with disbelief.

As she started to walk away, the woman reiterated that she could not judge. At that point, Lemon mentioned another unsuspecting pedestrian whom he had apparently accosted earlier that day. This pedestrian, according to Lemon, said that only God could judge Kirk.

In other words, the microphone-wielding liar, desperate for derogatory comments, behaved with the subtlety of Satan. Lemon implied, in fact, that Kirk’s alleged anti-women and anti-black comments required God’s judgment.

Again, the woman would not bite.

“And I kinda like, seen him before all of this happened,” she said. “But I don’t see what everybody else was seeing.”

As every honest person knows, Kirk rose to prominence by doing the opposite of what Lemon said. The slain conservative icon treated his opponents with grace, met vitriol with patience, and showed everyone love. But he never wavered in commitment to truth.

Deep down, the woman on the street had to know that Lemon was manipulating her. Still, she responded with grace, patience, and love. And she never allowed Lemon to distort the truth.

In the end, therefore, this woman gave Kirk a wonderful tribute by emulating him.
