Vice President Kamala Harris will speak at the South Carolina NAACP State Conference on Monday as part of its Martin Luther King Jr. Day Program.
Harris’s appearance comes on the same day as all eyes are on Iowa for the Republican presidential caucuses contest.
The speech falls on the late civil rights leader’s 95th birthday.
