President Donald Trump is scheduled to sign an executive order reinstating teh Presidential Fitness Test for public schools across the United States. The order aligns with the “Make America Healthy again” initiative led by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Originally created in 1966,the Presidential Fitness Test was replaced in 2013 by the Presidential Youth Fitness Program during the Obama administration. The signing event will take place in the White House’s Roosevelt Room and is expected to include appearances by notable athletes such as harrison Butker, Lawrence Taylor, and Bryson DeChambeau.

President Donald Trump is set to sign an executive order Thursday afternoon that reinstates the Presidential Fitness Test for public schools nationwide.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said the order is aligned with the “Make America Healthy Again” movement, spearheaded by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Created in 1966, the Presidential Fitness Test was replaced by the Presidential Youth Fitness Program in 2013 under the Obama administration.
TRUMP SIGNS EXECUTIVE ORDER AIMING TO ‘SAVE COLLEGE ATHLETICS’
Trump will be joined by Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker, former New York Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor, and golfer Bryson DeChambeau, among other athletes.
The signing is expected to take place in the White House’s Roosevelt Room at 4 p.m. on Thursday.
