Dylan Mulvaney, a transgender content creator who rose ⁢to fame on the TikTok app and in the Broadway production of “The Book of Mormon,” is planning a⁣ college speaking tour and will reportedly charge up to $40,000 to lecture on themes such as “female empowerment.”

Mulvaney announced the impending⁢ speaking tour last weekend in an‌ Instagram story, encouraging college students to schedule speaking events through agent Crista Spadafore at the Creative Artists‌ Agency (CAA).

“University ⁣and College friends! ⁤I am booking speaking opportunities for the upcoming 2023–2024 school year and would love‌ to come visit,” Mulvaney announced .

Mulvaney had previously charged $26,250 ‍to speak at the University of Pittsburgh earlier⁢ this year, however,⁤ the‌ transgender entertainer is ⁣now upping the price.

According to‍ Mulvaney’s‍ CAA booking website, the ⁢TikTok celebrity can speak on a variety of themes,‌ including⁣ “female empowerment.”

The actor’s‌ social media popularity and marketing partnerships with companies like Bud Light, Nike, and Tampax were prompted by Mulvaney’s‍ own personal campaign, titled “Days of Girlhood,” which revolved ⁣around Mulvaney’s transition into identifying as a woman.

The⁣ “Days of Girlhood” video quickly went‌ viral and ‌received⁣ over 750 million views in less than ⁣100 days.

Mulvaney became a figure of controversy earlier ‌this ⁣year ⁣when Bud Light temporarily partnered with him, resulting in ‍widespread condemnation of the brand, whose majority consumer demographic does not include trans activists and⁤ progressives.

As ⁣Bud Light’s sales continue to decline, Modelo recently surpassed the brand as America’s top beer.

The corporation began to distance itself from Mulvaney soon after, and the social media personality reacted‌ by accusing the company of instilling transphobia in its employees.

“One thing I will not tolerate people saying about‍ me is that I don’t like beer because I love beer and I always have,” Mulvaney said. “And for months now, I’ve been scared ⁤to leave my ⁣house, I have been ridiculed in public, I’ve been followed, and I‍ have felt a loneliness that I wouldn’t wish on anyone… And I’m not telling you this ⁢because I want your pity,⁢ I am telling you this because this is my experience from a very privileged perspective. Know that it is much, much worse for other⁤ trans people.”

“For a company⁤ to hire a trans person and then not publicly stand by them is worse in ‍my opinion than not hiring a trans person at all, because it gives ⁤customers permission to be as transphobic and hateful as they want,” ⁢Mulvaney continued, adding ⁤that it will bring “serious and grave‍ consequences” for the LGBTQ community.
