Mayra Flores, the first Mexican-born congresswoman, won the special election to turn a Texas House seat Republican. One America’s Stella Escobedo caught up with Florida congressional candidate Anna Paulina Luna to discuss what appears to be Latinos shifting to the Republican Party.
