The security guard, who was shot in the back of the head on Saturday afternoon outside Proctor High School in Utica, is currently in critical but stable condition. Thankfully, he is expected to make a full recovery, as confirmed by city police statements over the weekend.
The unfortunate altercation occurred in the parking lot outside the stadium during the final moments of a game between Proctor High School and Binghamton High School.
