Rudy Giuliani hospitalized after high-speed car crash in New Hampshire

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was hospitalized after his vehicle was rear-ended at high speed in New Hampshire. According to his spokesperson, Giuliani had been assisting a woman involved in a domestic violence incident and stayed at the scene untill police arrived. Shortly after leaving, his car was hit from behind, resulting in Giuliani sustaining a fractured vertebra, multiple cuts and bruises, and injuries to his left arm and lower leg. He is currently hospitalized but recovering well and in good spirits. his spokesman emphasized that the crash was not a targeted attack and requested privacy while discouraging conspiracy theories.

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was hospitalized on Saturday night after his vehicle was struck from behind in New Hampshire.

According to his spokesman Michael Ragusa, Giuliani was helping a woman who was the victim of a domestic violence incident, remaining on the scene until police arrived. Shortly after returning to his vehicle and driving off, Giuliani’s vehicle “was struck from behind at full speed.”

Giuliani, 81, suffered a fractured vertebrae, multiple lacerations and contusions, and injuries to his left arm and lower leg from the crash.

He is currently hospitalized, though Ragusa said Giuliani is “in good spirits and recovering tremendously.”

Ragusa later added that crash was not a “targeted attack” on the former Trump lawyer.

“We ask everyone to respect Mayor Giuliani’s privacy and recovery, and refrain from spreading unfounded conspiracy theories,” he said.
