50 Cent: LA Done, as I Predicted, After $300K Heist
Rapper 50 Cent Slams Los Angeles After Another Smash-and-Grab Robbery
Rapper 50 Cent has once again voiced his concerns about the state of Los Angeles after a recent smash-and-grab robbery. In a video that went viral, dozens of masked suspects ransacked a Nordstrom department store, making off with an estimated $300,000 worth of merchandise. The initial reports of $100,000 worth of goods stolen have now tripled.
Sharing the news report on Instagram, 50 Cent expressed his frustration, saying, ”I told you LA was finished. They are gonna have to lock the doors, appointment only. SMH [Shake My Head].” The rapper’s post reached his massive following of 29.5 million followers.

These posts come after 50 Cent made headlines last month for speaking out about bail policies in Los Angeles County. He criticized the reinstatement of a zero-bail policy for certain crimes, claiming that it would lead to further deterioration in the city. His Instagram post included a news report featuring a Deputy District Attorney explaining the new policy.
In response to one outlet’s report on his comments, 50 Cent questioned their portrayal of him, particularly their mention of his past run-ins with the law. He clarified, “Hey, I understand why Deadline is reporting my opinion. I’m a big deal, but why did they write I had run-ins with the law? I’m a born-again Christian!”
