Rachel Maddow accuses Trump of seeking to ‘execute’ MSNBC staff.
What Happens When Rachel Maddow Appears on “The View”? Brace Yourself.
Prepare for a delusional and fear-mongering spectacle when one of the most contemptible personalities on far-left MSNBC joins the inherent nonsense of “The View” on national television.
During her appearance, MSNBC host and pundit Rachel Maddow covered various topics, including President Joe Biden’s recent trip to Israel. But she wasn’t just there to discuss current events – she was also promoting her new book, “Prequel: An American Fight Against Fascism.” And trust me, the title is just the beginning of the hyperbole.
Watch the train wreck of a segment below:
One of the topics Maddow tackled was the ongoing witch hunt against former President Donald Trump. No surprises there – she had nothing positive to say about the 45th POTUS. But what was truly unexpected was Maddow’s apparent ability to read minds.
In her scare-laden monologue, Maddow claimed, “Listen to what [Trump’s] saying. He’s basically portraying a future for America, if he’s put back in the White House, in which we don’t have another election after that.”
Hold on a second. That’s just fundamentally untrue. While Trump may believe the 2020 election was stolen, wanting to improve election integrity is a far cry from desiring a dictatorship. Our country’s Constitution ensures that no president can become a king. Maddow’s statement not only showcased her remarkable telepathy, but also her astounding lack of knowledge about how our democracy works.
But Maddow didn’t stop there. She continued her unhinged rant, claiming that Trump would cancel the news, put MSNBC on trial for treason, and even execute those at the network. While there may be some truth to Trump’s desire to put MSNBC on trial for treason, Maddow’s fear-mongering takes it to a whole new level.
This isn’t the first time Maddow has voiced concern over a “Dictator Trump” boogeyman. Her delusions are so far beyond reality that it’s almost pitiful.

Do you believe Maddow’s appearance on “The View” contributes to constructive discourse or further perpetuates polarization in society? Explain your reasoning
Ed to spew her usual fear-mongering rhetoric, claiming that Trump’s indictment was inevitable once he left office. She stated, “Even in a best-case scenario where the Justice Department under Merrick Garland and Joe Biden looks forward and doesn’t look backward, there’s still going to be a robust effort to uncover and punish the things that they’re able to find.”
It’s interesting how Maddow presents this as a certainty, conveniently ignoring the fact that there has been no evidence of any criminal activity by Trump. This kind of baseless speculation is a typical tactic used by Maddow and her ilk to undermine their political opponents. But where is the evidence? Where are the facts? They seem to be lacking in Maddow’s narrative.
Furthermore, Maddow’s arrogance was on full display when she declared, “We have to be clear-eyed as a country that an indictment for a president is almost a guarantee at this point, right?”
No, Ms. Maddow, we do not have to be “clear-eyed” about something that is pure conjecture. As journalists, it is our duty to rely on facts, evidence, and objective reporting. Maddow’s blatant disregard for this principle is a disservice to her viewers and the profession as a whole.
But perhaps the most egregious part of Maddow’s appearance on “The View” was her shameless promotion of her new book, “Prequel: An American Fight Against Fascism.” The title itself is a prime example of the hyperbolic and alarmist language Maddow is known for. It is clear that she is trying to stir up fear and division rather than engage in thoughtful and constructive discourse.
In conclusion, brace yourself when Rachel Maddow appears on “The View.” Her delusional and fear-mongering tactics are on full display, and it is evident that she is more interested in promoting her own agenda than in providing objective and unbiased analysis. It is a shame that shows like ”The View” continue to invite such divisive and untrustworthy figures onto their platform, only further perpetuating the polarization and lack of meaningful dialogue in our society.
