R.I. COVID vaccine bill would fine unvaccinated

Some Rhode Island lawmakers have proposed a bill that would require residents 16 and older to be COVID vaccinated. Those who don’t comply would be fined. One America’s Stella Escobedo spoke to House Republican Blake Filippi, who said the bill is outrageous.
