The president worked to ensure the return of the last living American hostage from Hamas, finished trade deals with the United Kingdom and China, and introduced a coalition of U.S. leaders in big tech to the Saudi Arabian government.
“He also announced a $1.2 trillion economic exchange with Qatar, where you have Qatar investing billions of dollars into United States manufacturing, buying just with Boeing alone over 200 planes,” Cordi explained during the episode. “This is going to impact America, not just foreign countries, but the United States’s working-class people, probably most of all. Just that one deal alone, the White House estimates, will support over 150,000 jobs per year and a total of 1 million jobs. “
“Trump — he was elected in November with a mandate to fix immigration and the economy, but he’s been perhaps most influential on foreign relations,” Cordi said. “And he’s leveraged that to help on the border crisis and with inflation. The latest numbers suggest he has made enormous strides on both fronts.”
