Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Denied Ride on Air Force One
According to sources, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were denied a ride back to the United States on Air Force One after Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral last year. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex reportedly inquired about returning with President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden, but the request was denied by White House staff.
The Daily Mail reported that insiders said the request was a ”non-starter” and would have caused a “commotion.” The denial was to avoid straining relations with the palace and the new King Charles III.

“It would have caused such a commotion,” one source said. “It would have strained relations with the palace and the new [King Charles III].” Both the White House and Buckingham Palace declined to comment on the story.
In other news, Meghan Markle’s podcast, “Archetypes,” will not be renewed for a second season on Spotify. The streaming site announced that Markle and Prince Harry had mutually agreed to part ways after signing a $20 million agreement in 2020. Markle’s company, Archewell Audio, will continue to develop content for the Archetypes audience on another platform.
Earlier this year, the couple made headlines with their alleged ”near catastrophic car chase” in New York City. However, skepticism arose when the NYPD released a statement stating that there were no reported collisions, summonses, injuries, or arrests.
