The White House released photos of President Donald Trump and key U.S. officials in the Situation Room earlier Saturday, capturing the moments they looked on as the U.S. military bombed three Iranian nuclear sites.
Trump announced on Saturday night that the United States “completed” a “very successful attack” on the three nuclear sites, specifically Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. In his later address to the nation, the president reaffirmed the success of the strike, noting that those enrichment facilities “have been completely and totally obliterated.”
In photos posted by the White House’s X account, Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Dan Caine, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, and chief of staff Susie Wiles watched on as the strikes were launched.
One key figure of Trump’s administration was absent, however: Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.
Her omission from the Situation Room photos follows Trump’s direct rebuttals of some of her earlier intelligence assessments, including as recently as Friday.

When asked about the Gabbard’s statement to Congress in March that Iran “was not building a nuclear weapon,” the president flatly stated, “She’s wrong.”
After Trump’s comments, Gabbard affirmed that “America has intelligence that Iran is at the point that it can produce a nuclear weapon within weeks to months.”
