Is 2020 Election Really Secure? 21% of Mail-In Voters Confess to Election Fraud: Survey
Most Secure Election Ever? 21% of 2020 Mail-In Voters Admit to Participating in Election Fraud: Poll
Millions of Americans threw caution to the wind when they cast a record number of mail-in ballots in the 2020 presidential election, according to a groundbreaking survey conducted by the Heartland Institute in partnership with Rasmussen Reports.
The survey, which focused on the 2020 vote, asked respondents about various activities that violate election rules. The results were eye-opening.
Key Findings:
- 17% of mail-in voters admitted to casting ballots in states where they no longer reside.
- 8% of respondents claimed they were offered compensation for voting a certain way.
- 21% of mail-in voters confessed to filling out a ballot for a friend or family member.
- 17% of participants admitted to signing someone else’s ballot, with or without permission.
The survey, which included 1,085 “likely voters,” was conducted from November 30 to December 6, 2020, with a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.
Considering that over 43% of voters in 2020 utilized mail-in voting due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the highest percentage in American election history, these poll results raise serious concerns about the potential for fraudulent votes.
Justin Haskins, director of the Socialism Research Center at the Heartland Institute, expressed his astonishment at the survey’s findings, stating, “For the past three years, Americans have repeatedly been told that the 2020 election was the most secure in history. But if this poll’s findings are reflective of reality, the exact opposite is true. This conclusion isn’t based on conspiracy theories or suspect evidence, but rather from the responses made directly by the voters themselves.”
Haskins emphasized the importance of election integrity, stating, “A democratic republic cannot survive if election laws allow voters to commit fraud easily, and that’s exactly what occurred during the 2020 election. Although some progress has been made in more than a dozen states since the conclusion of the 2020 election, much more work is needed in most regions of the United States.”
According to Rasmussen, 30% of those surveyed voted by mail in 2020, with 36% of President Joe Biden’s supporters and 23% of former President Donald Trump’s supporters utilizing this method.
When asked about being offered compensation for voting a certain way, 29% of Hispanics, 15% of black voters, 3% of white voters, and 8% of other minority groups responded affirmatively.
Trump, who continues to challenge the election results, seized upon the survey’s findings to support his claims of election fraud. In a post on his Truth Social platform, he declared, “THE MOST IMPORTANT POLL RELEASED IN THE LAST 20 YEARS CAME OUT YESTERDAY STATING THAT 20% OF THE MAIL-IN BALLOTS IN THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION WERE RIGGED OR DEFECTIVE. THAT MEANS THAT THE ELECTION WAS A GIANT SCAM.”
Trump urged the Republican Party to take action, stating, “YOU CANNOT HAVE A FAIR AND HONEST ELECTION AS LONG AS THERE ARE MAIL-IN BALLOTS. CHEATING WILL ALWAYS BE PREVALENT. FRANCE, AND MANY COUNTRIES, HAVE STOPPED THE MADNESS. THE REPUBLICAN PARTY MUST DO SOMETHING NOW!!!”
This survey has ignited a fierce debate about the integrity of the 2020 election, with Trump asserting that “OUR COUNTRY IS BEING STOLEN!”

How can election officials address the flaws in the mail-in voting system identified in this survey to ensure future elections are secure and reliable?
Ed that the findings of this survey should not be dismissed or ignored. With such a significant number of mail-in voters admitting to participating in activities that violate election rules, it is crucial that we address the potential for election fraud.
The increase in mail-in voting during the 2020 election was a response to the COVID-19 pandemic and was intended to provide a safe and secure alternative to in-person voting. However, these poll results indicate that there were serious flaws in the system that need to be acknowledged and addressed.
It is important to note that these findings do not imply that the entire election was fraudulent or that every mail-in ballot cast was illegitimate. However, they do highlight the need for a thorough investigation and scrutiny of the process to ensure the integrity of future elections.
Critics of the survey may argue that the margin of error allows for a deviation in the results. However, with such a large percentage of respondents admitting to these activities, it is hard to dismiss the significance of these findings. They raise legitimate concerns about the effectiveness and security of mail-in voting systems.
Moving forward, it is essential that election officials take these findings seriously and implement measures to prevent and address potential fraud. This may include stricter verification processes for mail-in ballots, better enforcement of residency requirements, and increased transparency in the handling of ballots.
Additionally, public awareness and education regarding the importance of following election rules and the consequences of fraudulent activities should be prioritized. People need to understand the gravity of their actions and how they impact the democratic process.
Ultimately, the goal should be to ensure that every eligible voter has the opportunity to cast their ballot safely and securely. This means addressing the vulnerabilities exposed by this survey and implementing effective measures to safeguard our elections.
The validity and integrity of our electoral process are fundamental to maintaining trust in our democracy. It is imperative that we address any potential flaws or vulnerabilities and work towards a system that truly represents the will of the people. The findings of this survey should serve as a wake-up call and a call to action for all those involved in the electoral process.
