Melania Trump launches NFT of watercolor

Former First Lady Melania Trump launched her non-fungible token (NFT) of a digital art piece that embodies her cobalt blue eyes. In a statement issued Thursday, she announced she’s selling a watercolor art piece of her eyes titled “Melania’s Vision” as a digital certificate, which is stored in the blockchain.
The NFT is the first digital art to be sold on the newly launched melaniatrump.com, which will release the tokens regularly. A purchase of NFT also comes with an audio recording from the former First Lady with a message of hope.
“I am proud to share my news NFT endeavor, which embodies my passion for the arts plus my ongoing commitment to children via Be Best,” Melania stated. “Through the new technology-based initiative, we will provide children computer science skills, including programming and software development, to thrive after they age out of the foster community.”

The watercolor image will be available until the end of the month and will cost one Solana, which is a cryptocurrency worth roughly $180. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to support children in foster care.
