He claims that individuals were incarcerated without due process and subjected to biased trials in front of radical activist judges and tainted DC juries.

And so what I wanted to produce for everybody is exactly what I said. The people could actually look at it and see what’s happened that day.”
During McCarthy’s tenure as speaker, the footage remained undisclosed. However, his successor, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), recently announced plans to make over 40,000 hours of tapes available on a public website.
