Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg Mocks Elon Musk’s Cage Match Announcement
Over the weekend, billionaire Elon Musk made a bold statement, declaring that his highly anticipated cage match with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg would be streamed live on X, formerly known as Twitter. However, Zuckerberg wasted no time in firing back at Musk on Threads, Meta’s new competitor to X.

“Shouldn’t we use a more reliable platform that can actually raise money for charity?”
Musk had earlier announced that X would host the fight, with all proceeds going to charity for veterans. He also mentioned that he was “preparing for the fight” during his work week. Not one to be outdone, Zuckerberg revealed that he has been staying in shape as well, proudly sharing that he recently earned a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu while training with his coach.
It was back in June when these two Big Tech billionaires agreed to face off in a cage match, although Zuckerberg initially had doubts about whether the fight would actually happen. Now, with Musk undergoing an MRI for his neck and upper back, the final decision on the fight is expected to be made this week.
As of now, no confirmed date has been set for the epic showdown.
