Mark Margolis will forever be remembered for his incredible portrayal of Hector Salamanca in the hit series Breaking Bad and its prequel, Better Call Saul. In Breaking Bad, Margolis’s character captivated audiences as a mute, wheelchair-bound member of the cartel, earning him an Emmy nomination for outstanding guest actor. His talent and dedication to his craft were truly unmatched.
But Margolis’s contributions to the entertainment industry extended far beyond Breaking Bad. His impressive portfolio includes memorable performances in films such as Noah, Black Swan, The Wrestler, Pi, and Scarface. He made his silver screen debut in 1976 with The Opening of Misty Beethoven, marking the beginning of a remarkable career that spanned decades.
