Marjorie Taylor Greene vents ‘zero Epstein related’ arrests in US

Former GOP congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene lamented the lack of Epstein-related arrests in the United States, contrasting it with the United Kingdom’s arrest of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor over Epstein misconduct and calling this the current state of MAGA.The piece notes Greene’s critique came as President trump issued an executive order aimed at boosting domestic production of elemental phosphorus and glyphosate-based herbicides, a policy line that drew pushback from some health advocates who argue glyphosate is linked to health problems. The article also touches on rising tensions with Iran and mentions comments from Meghan McCain about Epstein, as well as Rep. Melanie Stansbury’s statement that the UK’s arrest signals genuine accountability. It references Les Wexner’s deposition in the Epstein matter and Greene’s ongoing push to release all Epstein files, a stance tied to her feud with trump. The piece closes by noting greene resigned from congress after that feud, with a March 10 special election in Georgia to fill her seat.

Marjorie Taylor Greene vents ‘zero Epstein related’ arrests in US as UK arrests Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor

Former GOP congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene took another shot at President Donald Trump on Thursday by calling the lack of arrests related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein “the current state of MAGA.”

Greene cited the United Kingdom’s arrest of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew, in her dig at Trump.

“The UK has arrested Andrew because of the Epstein files and over here … we have zero Epstein related arrest and investigations since release of the files,” Greene said on X. “That’s the current state of[[Make America Great Again]and MAHA.”

Greene’s X post referred to Trump’s executive order on Wednesday aimed at ensuring domestic production of elemental phosphorus and glyphosate-based herbicides, the latter being described as “the most widely used crop-protection tools in U.S. agriculture.” The order is drawing criticism from some Make America Healthy Again supporters, as Health and Human Services Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr. said in June 2024 that glyphosate is “one of the likely culprits in America’s chronic disease epidemic.”

The United States is also facing rising tensions with Iran, though Trump has not declared whether he will ultimately strike the Middle Eastern country.

Meghan McCain, the daughter of the late former Arizona Republican Sen. John McCain, also expressed frustration over the lack of Epstein-related arrests in the U.S.

“Are there ever going to be any arrests in our country for the criminal pedophiles connected to Epstein?” McCain said on X.

Rep. Melanie Stansbury (D-NM) said the U.K. is “not messing around” with its arrest of Mountbatten-Windsor, and tagged Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Justice Department on X, adding the arrest is “what accountability looks like.”

LES WEXNER TESTIFIES HE WAS ‘CONNED’ IN EPSTEIN RELATIONSHIP BUT DID ‘NOTHING WRONG’

Part of Greene’s feud with Trump included her push to release all files related to Epstein, denying the president’s accusation that she is a “traitor.”

Greene, originally one of Trump’s strongest defenders, resigned from Congress in January after a feud with Trump last year. The special election to fill her seat, representing Georgia’s 14th Congressional District, is set for March 10.
