After Meeting With China’s’s Xi, Macron Says Europe Do Reduce Dependent on the U.S. Dollar.

In response to reports that some nations have started” de-dollarizing,” French President Emmanuel Macron has suggested that Europe reduced its dependence on the United States.

After meeting with Taiwanese leader Xi Jinping, he told Politico that” there is a great risk” that Europe will become involved in problems that are not our own and lose its ability to develop its corporate autonomy.

Macron’s’s” strategic autonomy” concept, as CCP officials frequently refer to it when meeting with other European officials, has received support from Xi and the Chinese Communist Party( CCP ).

In the meeting, which was released on April 9, Macron remarked,” The dilemma would be that, overcome with terror, we believe we are really America’s’s fans.” Is it in our best attention to hasten the Taiwanese problems? No. The worst scenario is to believe that we Europeans must adopt this viewpoint and follow Chinese reaction and U.S. mission.

Following a meeting between Taiwan’s’s president, Tsai Ing-wen, and U.S. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy( R-California ), China started military drills around the island on April 8. China has never renounced the use of pressure to subjugate Taiwan and views politically governed Taiwan as its own country. The government of Taiwan is adamantly opposed to China’s’s assertions.

In order to limit its reliance on the United States, Macron also stated that Europe has better asset its defense sector, develop nuclear and renewable energy sources, and cut back on its currency’s’s use of the dollar. With a 50-person company group, including Airbus and the nuclear energy producer EDF, Macron visited China and signed agreements.

However, some European authorities might not agree with Macron’s’s point of view. Ursula von der Leyen, president of the European Commission, accompanied the European leader during his visit.

She stated to Xi during the conference in Beijing last week that” Integrity in the Taiwan Strait is of paramount importance.” It is unethical to use pressure to alter the status quo, according to the challenge.

Politico reported that Macron seemed to believe.

How may we probably warn Taiwan that” View out, if you do something right we will be it” when” Europeans may resolve the crisis in Ukraine”? That’s’s the way to do it if you really want to raise tensions, he told the outlet.

McCarthy, however, called for” one style” against CCP anger while in Taiwan and stated that he wants quicker weapons service to the island country.

He cautioned the government,” Don’t take a bubble over our atmosphere space.” Avoid employing autocratic bully ways. It didn’t progress very much.

The Six Assurances of President Reagan” function as the cornerstone of our relation with the Taiwanese people.” McCarthy added that the members present today” make it clear that we are committed to speaking with one voice and get our support for Taiwanese people significantly.”

Dollar Problems

Macron also advocated for Western countries to lessen their reliance on the” independence of the U.S. penny ,” with the strong backing of Beijing and Moscow.

We won’t have the time or the resources to finance our corporate freedom and we will get courtiers, he said,” if the tensions between the two nations heat up.”

The U.S. dollar has been the world’s’s reserve currency since the end of World War II, but recent actions by China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Iran, and even France may spell its doom. According to reports, Saudi Arabia is already actively negotiating with the Beijing government to exchange some of its oil sales for yuan rather than the dollar.

Brazil and China will no longer use the buck as an entity, according to a speech from Brazil’s’s authorities released last month.

According to Reuters, that agreement was reached shortly after the Chinese government completed its first shop of liquefied natural gas via the yuan. After the China National Offshore Oil Corp. negotiated a package with France’s’s TotalEnergies through the Shanghai Petroleum and Natural Gas Exchange, that deal, which contained about 65, 000 tonnes of LNG, was sourced from the United Arab Emirates.
