Lawyer sues to stop NASDAQ diversity rule for corporate boards

The attorney and director of the National Center for Public Policy Research told One America News that his organization is suing to end the NASDAQ Stock Exchange’s Board of Diversity Policy. One America’s John Hines has more from Washington.
