Trump entered the Knesset around 11 a.m. local time and greeted Israeli officials. He then signed a guest book with his traditional Sharpie marker, wrote to Israel’s government and people, “This is my great honor — a great and beautiful day. A new beginning,” before providing his famous signature.

Trump’s entrance into the Knesset coincided with rumors that all 20 hostages were officially released. The president had arrived in Tel Aviv, Israel, shortly after Hamas released the first seven hostages. Trump is set to address the world about the hostages being released today and the ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas.
