Kai Trump making her official golf association debut in Florida mid-November
Kai Trump,granddaughter of former President Donald Trump and daughter of Donald Trump Jr., announced she will make her official debut in the ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Tour in mid-November. She will compete in The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge tournament held at the Pelican Golf Club in Florida from November 10 to 16. This represents a long-held dream for her to play professionally. Kai previously gained national attention after speaking at the 2024 Republican National Convention in support of her grandfather’s presidential campaign. she has committed to join the University of Miami’s NCAA Division I women’s golf team starting in fall 2026. The Pelican golf Club praised her passion for golf and the broader audience she brings to the sport. In addition, Kai has secured a name, image, and likeness (NIL) deal with Accelerator Active Energy, a company that also partners with NFL player Travis Kelce.Recently, she shared a video of herself playing golf with Donald Trump at Trump National in Washington, D.C., where the former president praised her skills.

Kai Trump, President Donald Trump’s granddaughter, announced Tuesday she is making her Ladies Professional Golf Association debut next month, fulfilling “a dream” of hers.
Trump, the daughter of Donald Trump Jr., caught the nation’s attention when she spoke at the 2024 Republican National Convention to stump for her “normal grandpa” in the presidential election. Since then, she announced she will compete in The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge at Pelican, a women’s professional golf tournament, in Florida.
“It has been a dream of mine to compete at a professional level, and I’d like to thank the Pelican Golf Club for the invitation. I’m looking forward to teeing it up and competing with the best players in the world at one of the most premier venues on tour,” Trump said in a video on X.
She ended her announcement by taking a driver to a golf ball, hitting it into a nearby net. The tournament will be held from Nov. 10 through Nov. 16.
The University of Miami committed Trump to this tournament, and she is scheduled to join the school’s NCAA Division I women’s golf team when she attends the university in the fall 2026 semester.
“Kai Trump has a tremendous passion for the game and is expanding the sport to broader audiences. She has a bright future at Miami, and we look forward to welcoming her and our entire tournament field to Pelican Golf Club in November,” said Pelican Golf Club Director and Chief Operations Officer Justin Sheehan said.

She also uploaded an hour-long video of her and her grandfather playing golf together at Trump National, Washington, D.C., earlier this month. The president said his granddaughter is “a really good player.”
Kai Trump announced a name, image, and likeness deal with Accelerator Active Energy in July. The energy drink brand is also collaborating with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
