MSNBC Host Joe Scarborough Praises President Biden’s Intellectual Growth
During a recent episode of MSNBC’s morning show, Joe Scarborough made a bold statement about President Joe Biden. Despite the President’s occasional gaffes and struggles with answering press questions, Scarborough declared that this version of Biden is actually the best we’ve ever seen.
Scarborough, who shared his thoughts just hours before Biden’s State of the Union address, argued that the current Biden, with his five decades of experience in Washington, D.C., surpasses the fiery and impulsive young senator who first entered the political scene.

Scarborough confidently expressed his admiration for Biden’s intellectual prowess, stating, “I’ve said it for years now, he’s cogent. But I undersold him when I said he was cogent. He’s far beyond cogent. In fact, I think he’s better than he’s ever been — intellectually, analytically — because he’s been around for fifty years.”
He then playfully reminisced about Biden’s past temperament, describing him as a hothead. The mention of Biden’s Irish heritage brought laughter from Scarborough’s cohosts, as they recalled moments when the President would speak impulsively or say things he didn’t intend to.
With a hint of excitement, Scarborough urged his audience to prepare their recording devices, as he was about to share his unfiltered opinion on the matter. “Start your tape right now, because I’m about to tell you the truth,” he declared. “And F you if you can’t handle the truth. This version of Biden, intellectually, analytically, is the best Biden ever. Not a close second, and I’ve known him for years, the Brzezinskis have known him for 50 years.”
