Washington Examiner Senior Writer Joe Concha said Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) telling a reporter to “shut up” is an attack on free speech and a free press.

In a now viral clip, Pelosi confronted a LindellTV reporter after being asked if she was “liable” for the violence at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Concha said on Fox News’s Hannity that Democrats react similarly to how Pelosi did when reporters ask questions that make them uncomfortable.

“I mean, Pelosi telling a reporter to ‘shut up,’ my goodness, that’s just a chilling attack on our free press and our free speech,” Concha said. “Last week, Nancy also jumped down the throat of another reporter who asked her if [Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez] was actually running the party after AOC said she would negotiate with Republicans right out of her office.

“It was a fair question, and Nancy lost it there too,” he said.

Concha elaborated on this point by highlighting a confrontation between California gubernatorial candidate and former Rep. Katie Porter and a reporter.

Porter pushed back on a reporter’s question about whether she needed President Donald Trump’s voters to win the California gubernatorial race.

“It seems more and more that the Democrats need anger management courses, I guess,” Concha said. “And maybe some Xanax on top of that.”

Fox News anchor Sean Hannity also asked Concha about former Vice President Kamala Harris’s book tour and discussed her using profanity during the events.

“Kamala Harris, the human Chernobyl, continues this train wreck of a book tour to talk about the worst presidential campaign we have seen in our lifetime,” Concha said. “Who would not want to relive those 107 days? She has had some bizarre stuff.”

Concha said he feels like he’s “taking crazy pills” listening to Harris.

“Now she goes after RFK Jr…, dropping f-bombs to seem more authentic. You think Bobby was going after additives and chardonnay because this seems personal to Kamala,” Concha said.
