Even Joe Biden doesn’t think he is the Commander-in-Chief. Once again, he referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as “President.” This latest gaffe happened during a televised speech on Thursday when Biden referred to her as “President Harris.”

Sadly, this was not the first time Biden has referred to his second-in-command as the President or President-elect. He referred to her as such during a COVID-19 briefing in Delaware in December.
“I took it to instill public confidence in the vaccine,” Biden stated. “President-elect Harris took it, took hers, today for the same reason.”
The incident marked the latest misstep by Biden, which added to a long list of instances where his cognitive abilities have come into question.
