Inside Scoop: Media credibility bonfire, Trump war on Big Tech, and UN still aiding Hamas

Each week, the Washington Examiner brings to life the pages of its magazine with exclusive insight from the articles’ authors in the show Inside Scoop.

In this episode, magazine executive editor Jim Antle analyzes how left-wing media covered up former President Joe Biden’s physical and mental decline.

Antle sits down with contributing writer Taylor Millard to discuss his article on how President Donald Trump may run into a sticky situation with the European Union and his Federal Trade Commission chief over Big Tech regulations.

“They still have this war on big tech in the US, even as big tech has sidled up to the Trump administration,” Millard said. “This is the type of thing that really stifles innovation and really prevents America and the EU from beating China when it comes to the artificial intelligence race.”

Antle is also joined by Dominic Green, Washington Examiner columnist, Wall Street Journal contributor, and Royal Historical Society fellow, to discuss how the United Nations is still aiding Hamas.

“The optimist would say that simply recognizing that the United Nations can no longer be trusted is a huge step toward fixing it,” Green said. “The pessimists would point out that this is the Middle East, where there is no necessity that anything ever gets fixed or improved. I would say it’s a very much a mixed bag.”
