Illinois ends cash bail; many calling this crime reform law ‘dangerous’

Illinois is ending its cash bail in 2023. Many are outraged saying criminals will be allowed back on the streets.
One America’s Stella Escobedo spoke to attorney Kevin Fulton about this new law many say is dangerous.
