House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) recently addressed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) by asking her when she will allow the lower chamber to return to business as usual.

In a letter to Pelosi on Wednesday, the California Republican asked her questions like when will proxy voting end, when will in-person committees return to work full time and when will visitors be allowed back to the People’s House.

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) is yet another Republican pushing for her constituents to be able to come to her office. She pointed out that it’s an office that they are paying for.

Speaker Pelosi has yet to give a timeline for reopening the Capitol Building.
