During an interview with CBS News, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner (R-OH) expressed concerns about the recently released report on the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic. Turner revealed that the report contains classified intelligence that contradicts the information provided by the Intelligence Community.

Regarding the “classified annex” in the report, Turner argued that even this goes against the law’s intent. When asked if there was a definitive conclusion being withheld, Turner revealed that he had seen the classified annex of the report requested by President Biden. He noted that the information contained in the report contradicts the impressions given by the Intelligence Committee’s statements.
