Harrison Ford teases Conan O’Brien for forgetting he plays Han Solo.

Harrison Ford Mocks Conan O’Brien for “Han Solo” Notes

Harrison Ford playfully teased late night host Conan O’Brien for having his iconic “Star Wars” character’s name written in his interview notes.

The incident took place during a recent episode of the “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend” podcast when Ford noticed that O’Brien had “Han Solo” written down.

“Well if that’s a quality of your research, and I imagine it is because right there it says ‘Harrison Ford’ and then you had to write ‘Han Solo,’” Ford said. “You can’t f***ing remember that?”

O’Brien jokingly replied, “No I can’t. I can’t remember Han Solo. I wrote it down because I heard that you were in some of the ‘Star Wars’ films, and this was news to me because I’ve seen those films and I don’t exactly think that you ‘pop.'”

The banter continued between the two, with O’Brien recalling Ford’s hilarious appearances on his previous shows.

“You came on my show many many times, on the ‘Late Night’ show,” O’Brien told Ford. “And over the years people would say, ‘Who’s one of your favorite guests?’ And I would say, ‘Harrison Ford, because he’s so g**damn funny.’ You are so hilariously funny and you tossed me around like a rag doll, verbally, on these shows, and they’re some of my favorite segments of all time. You are a hilarious man and I’ve always loved being around you.”

“You guys wrote some great stuff,” Ford replied. “I don’t remember any of it.”

Indiana Jones 5 and Ford’s Last Film

At 80 years old, Ford has announced that “Indiana Jones 5” will be his final film playing the beloved character. The movie had a $60 million opening against a $295 million budget. Ford has been adamant about not wanting anyone else to portray the action star he has played since the first movie premiered in 1981.
