Greene expressed her concerns about U.S.engagement in foreign conflicts, stating that she does not know anyone harmed by Iran but is aware of victims of crime linked to illegal immigration within the U.S. her comments drew harsh ridicule from Levin, who pointed out the past impact of Iranian terrorism on American military personnel. Greene later fired back, correcting levin’s spelling of her last name and dismissing his viewership. Greene emphasized that true supporters of the “America First/MAGA” movement prioritize peace and the safety of American troops, criticizing those advocating for U.S.involvement in international conflicts. The controversy comes against the backdrop of recent U.S. military operations in Iran, which Greene and other commentators, like Tucker Carlson, have cautioned against.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) pushed back against radio and Fox News host Mark Levin, who questioned how “incredibly dumb” she is over her take on the United States’s strikes against Iran.
Greene issued a lengthy statement on X venting her frustrations with the strikes on Sunday afternoon, writing that she was “sick” of the U.S. going to war “in foreign lands for foreign causes on behalf of foreign interests.” She also said she did not know of anyone killed by Iran, but did know of U.S. residents impacted by illegal immigration.
Levin, who has praised Trump for having the “guts” to take action against Iran’s nuclear sites, reposted Greene’s statement and called the lawmaker a “shameless nitwit.”
“How incredibly dumb is this Marjorie Taylor Green?” Levin wrote, misspelling Greene’s name. “She doesn’t know anyone in America who has been a victim of crime or killed by Iran? You mean the thousands of Americans, especially military personnel, killed and maimed by the Iranian terrorist regime?”
Greene responded in under an hour to Levin’s post, writing, “I also don’t know anyone who watches your show on Fox News.” She also corrected the radio host on the spelling of her last name.
Prior to the revelation that the U.S. struck Iran’s nuclear sites, Greene issued a statement accusing anyone “slobbering for the U.S. to become fully involved in the Israel/Iran war is not America First/MAGA.” She added that those who truly support President Donald Trump’s “MAGA” movement want world peace and no members of the nation’s military harmed.

Conservative podcast host Tucker Carlson, who has also dished criticism toward Levin, previously warned Trump of getting involved in “another” war in the Middle East. He claimed that if this happens, it would “effectively end” Trump’s presidency.
The B-2 bombers involved in the strikes returned to the U.S. on Sunday, with Trump congratulating the pilots for a “job well done.” He added that the bombings were able to achieve “monumental” damage in “Operation Midnight Hammer.”
