Gov. DeSantis Responds to Trump

Governor Ron DeSantis was asked this morning about former President Trump’s attacks on him since the election last Tuesday night.

This, by the way, is exactly what Trump wanted to happen when he publicly criticized him.

But DeSantis, instead of getting into a public spat with Trump over his comments, was the bigger man and lumped him in with all of the other ‘noise’ he gets from people criticizing him.

He said a lot more than what’s written in the tweet, so be sure and watch it.

But my favorite part was that last line, where DeSantis tells Trump and anyone else attacking him to just go and check out the scoreboard from last Tuesday night, where he says “the fact of the matter is that it was the greatest Republican victory in the history of the state of Florida”.

Amen and Amen. DeSantis is exactly what this country needs.
