A Fox News poll reported by the Washington Examiner shows growing dissatisfaction with President Donald Trump and concerns about U.S. involvement in Iran. The survey found 59% disapprove of Trump (47% strongly), while 41% approve (22% strongly). This marks a slight uptick from a previous disapproval peak of 58% in mid-November, when Trump’s approval was also 41%. On Iran policy, 58% disapprove of U.S. involvement (37% strongly, 21% somewhat). Voters are divided on whether the Iran war would make the U.S. safer: 44% say less safe, 33% say safer, and 23% say it won’t make much difference. the poll sampled 1,001 registered voters nationwide with a 3-point margin of error. Trump argued that Iranian negotiators are “begging” for a deal and urged a quick resolution, while Vice President JD Vance said the conflict won’t last long. The Washington Examiner also sought comment from the White House.

Fox News released new polling data that show growing dissatisfaction with President Donald Trump’s leadership and the conflict in Iran.
The survey, conducted March 20-23, found that 59% of respondents disapprove of Trump, with 47% strongly disapproving. In comparison, 41% approve of the president, with only 22% strongly supporting him.
The latest survey puts Trump slightly higher than the last time his disapproval peaked at 58%, when respondents were surveyed Nov. 14-17. Trump’s approval rating was also 41% at that time.
Trump is also facing net-negative polling on the United States’s involvement in Iran, with 58% disapproving of it. Of these respondents, 37% are in “strong” disapproval, and 21% are “somewhat” in disapproval.
Respondents are also conflicted about whether the war in Iran will improve the U.S.’s safety, with 44% saying it will make the U.S. less safe, 33% saying it will make the country safer, and 23% saying it won’t make much of a difference.
The polling data surveyed 1,001 registered voters nationwide and has a 3% margin of error.
TRUMP’S DANGEROUS OFF-RAMP FROM IRAN
Trump said Iranian negotiators are “begging” to make a deal, and warned Iran on Thursday to agree to his terms for a deal “before it is too late.” He previously said on March 1 that the Iran war would be “a four-week process.”
Vice President JD Vance sought to quell concerns about the war on March 18, saying it won’t last long.
