Following backlash, Disney decided to drop its bid for a Florida court to dismiss a wrongful death lawsuit, according to AP News. The suit was brought by the husband of a New York doctor who suffered a fatal allergic reaction while dining at a Disney Springs restaurant where the waiter claimed the food was prepared allergen-free, the outlet reported.

The post shared on Facebook alleges Disney is selling ABC network to a buyer who will cancel “The View.” The post shows an image of “The View” hosts Sara Haines, Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar alongside an image of Cinderella’s Castle often seen in intros to movies from the franchise.

“Disney Is Selling ABC For $20 Billion, New Owner Wants The View Cancelled, ‘Worst Show Ever,’” the caption reads.
