Trump proudly compared his administration’s economic successes, emphasizing that the United States was the leading country in energy, oil, and gas during his presidency. He mentioned record-breaking exports to Europe, plans to reduce debt, and further tax cuts that were halted under the current administration.
Trump Criticizes the Inflation Reduction Act
On the one-year anniversary of the Inflation Reduction Act, Trump expressed his disapproval, stating that the bill should never have been passed. He lamented its impact and called it a “shame” and “very sad.”
Trump’s Solution to Inflation: “Get a New President”
When asked about a way out of the inflation crisis, Trump straightforwardly responded, “Get a new president.” He emphasized the need to replace Biden in order to address the ongoing inflation issues.
Trump Questions Biden’s Physical Stamina and Leadership
Trump also criticized Biden’s physical stamina, highlighting his age as the oldest president in U.S. history. He expressed doubt about Biden’s understanding of business and free enterprise, suggesting that others dictate his actions.
“Larry, you watch him, he can’t put two sentences together. He doesn’t know where he is. He can’t walk up a flight of stairs, let alone down a flight of stairs. And you look at this guy — we have the most corrupt president in the history of our country, and we have the most incompetent simultaneously,” Trump said of Biden.
