Alleged⁢ Pervert‌ and Nation’s First Elected “Transgender-Identifying”⁢ Man ‌Faces Federal ⁢Charges

Remember‍ Stacie Laughton ‌of Nashua, New Hampshire? This individual⁤ made headlines when‍ they were arrested on child⁢ porn‍ charges⁣ in June. Well, the ⁣story has taken a new⁣ turn. Laughton ⁤has now⁤ been ⁤slapped with⁣ federal charges‌ for ⁢sexual exploitation⁤ of children⁢ and aiding and ‍abetting.

Stacie Laughton,⁢ the ⁢nation’s ‌first transgender elected state rep⁤ was charged with‌ child exploitation. ‍He‌ was‍ arrested ‍a ⁤few ⁤weeks ago on child porn charges.

According to the ‌press⁣ release⁢ titled “New Hampshire Woman⁣ Charged in ‌Tyngsborough ‌Daycare⁤ Investigation,”⁤ Laughton’s ex-inamorata, Lindsay⁤ Groves, a daycare⁤ worker, has‍ also been charged.

“A ⁢preliminary forensic ‌review of Groves’‍ cellphone allegedly revealed over 10,000 text messages between Laughton⁣ and Groves ⁢that included discussion ⁢about, and transfer ⁢of, explicit photographs that Groves had taken of children while employed at Creative Minds‌ daycare – including at ⁢least four sexually ⁢explicit images of children ⁣who ⁢appear to⁤ be approximately ‌three to five years old, as⁤ well as⁤ explicit‌ descriptions ⁣of sex with each‍ other⁤ and others,⁢ including ⁣children,”⁢ stated ‍the‍ DOJ in the⁣ release.

This ⁣is ⁣not the⁢ first time Laughton has faced legal⁤ trouble. In 2012, they ⁣were elected to the ⁣New Hampshire ⁣state house but resigned shortly⁣ after credit card⁣ fraud⁢ allegations surfaced. In 2015,‍ Laughton ⁤was sentenced to six months‍ in‍ jail for reporting ⁣a⁢ bomb threat to a hospital.‌ And in‍ July 2021, they were arrested for providing false information to the police.

Despite ‍these controversies, Laughton managed to win election to⁣ the state house ⁤again in November 2022. However, they had to step⁣ down ⁤in ‍December due⁢ to accusations⁣ of⁤ stalking. ⁢It’s worth noting‌ that Laughton had been⁢ arrested on stalking ‍charges ‍twice in 2022, including⁤ an ⁢incident ⁤just months ⁢before the election.

What’s‍ concerning is ⁤that the Department of Justice, under President Joe ⁣Biden, continues to ‍refer to Laughton as a ‍”woman” ‌instead of⁢ acknowledging⁤ their self-identified ‍gender.⁢ This‌ raises‍ questions about ‌when Biden and ‍Attorney General Merrick Garland came⁢ to believe that individuals can change their sex ⁢and gender.
