When Vaughn confronted Durbin about his refusal to subpoena the flight logs, he claimed ignorance, stating that he knew nothing about them. Vaughn persisted, questioning why Durbin wouldn’t want to know who was utilizing Epstein’s private plane, especially considering his charges of sex trafficking.
Despite Vaughn’s insistence that Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) had expressed her desire to subpoena the flight records, Durbin maintained that he had never been approached about the issue.
