One of the 11 women who have accused Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-N.Y.) of sexual harassment held her first public interview. During the interview on Sunday, Brittany Commisso said Cuomo broke the law and needed to be held accountable.

Over the weekend, the 32-year-old filed a criminal complaint against the Democrat with the Albany County District’s office. Before her name was released, Commisso was referred to as Executive Assistant One.

Commisso went on to say she was afraid to say something until recently because she felt she had no one to turn to.

“They started to be hugs with kisses on the cheek and then there was that one point a hug and then when he went to go kiss me on the cheek, he quickly turned his head and kissed me on the lips,” she explained. “…I didn’t say anything this whole time. People don’t understand that this is the governor of the state of New York.

The Albany County Sheriff’s office said if the allegations in her criminal complaint were substantiated, an arrest was  likely.
