Country Music Artist Hardy Opens Up About Battling Anxiety and Postponing Tour Dates
Country music recording artist Hardy recently revealed the reasons behind his decision to check into a hospital and postpone some of his upcoming tour dates.
The 33-year-old singer, whose full name is Michael Hardy, took to Instagram to share an update with his fans. He candidly admitted, “I’ve been dealing with some serious anxiety since the bus accident last year, and over the last two weeks, it has taken control of my life.”
This battle with anxiety has led to numerous panic attacks, resulting in hospital visits. Hardy expressed the need to take a moment to focus on himself and prioritize his well-being for the sake of his wife, family, and fans.

Hardy announced the cancellation of two upcoming shows on October 5th and 7th, which were originally scheduled in Simpsonville, South Carolina, and Brandon, Mississippi. He assured fans that tickets for these dates would be refunded.
However, he also mentioned that tickets for the Georgia Rodeo show, initially planned for October 6th, would still be valid for the rescheduled date on April 12, 2024.
The determined artist expressed his plan to return and resume his tour on October 12th, with a show scheduled in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He thanked his fans for their understanding and promised to see them soon.
Hardy, known for his songwriting skills and successful solo career, has penned hits for renowned artists such as Florida Georgia Line, Chris Lane, and Blake Shelton. Some of his most popular singles include ”Give Heaven Some Hell” and “One Beer.”
