Rep. Pat Fallon Believes U.S. Secret Service Has Identified Suspect in White House Cocaine Case

During an interview on Monday, Rep. Pat Fallon (R-TX) of the House Oversight Committee revealed that he has reason to believe that the U.S. Secret Service has identified a suspect in the case involving cocaine that was found last week in the White House.

Fallon spoke with law enforcement officials in his home state and inquired about the timeframe for fingerprint analysis on the baggie containing the cocaine. He was informed that it should take no longer than an hour.

“If there were no fingerprints, they could have told us immediately,” Fallon stated. “So, I suspect there are fingerprints, and you can run it through a database. This was found in an area where high-level aides and staffers are, so most of them have been fingerprinted at some point. They may already know who it belongs to and aren’t sharing that information with us, and that’s my greatest concern and worry.”

Last week, officials stated that they expected the Secret Service to conclude its investigation by today. However, the timeline has been pushed back.

“Secret Service briefing on White House cocaine now moved UP to Thursday, July 13 at 10 am,” reported Fox News correspondent Chad Pergram. “It will be with staff. Earlier today, we were informed that it would be postponed until late July. But that has just changed. Fox has been told that this indicates the USSS may have more information to share about its inquiry.”

The Secret Service confirmed last week that the white powdery substance discovered on Sunday was indeed cocaine, following multiple rounds of lab testing.

This discovery sparked widespread speculation that the cocaine could have belonged to Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden’s troubled son who has battled cocaine and crack addiction in the past and has been seen at the White House recently. However, officials did not confirm if the younger Biden is under suspicion.
